  1. Sorry I’ve been M.I.A. lately – but I just wanted to share a little “morning inspiration”! I’ve been taking more yoga classes lately, and I’m loving it! In a recent class, the instructor said we often look to the “outside” for self-worth, even though the outside is ever-changing. The ever-changing ideals can often leave us disappointed and frustrated. Yet, once we start looking to the inside, that’s when we can build inner-strength and self-worth. Although it’s been difficult, I’m trying to appreciate my body for what it can do and the amazing things it has already done for me, instead of focusing on what it looks like or what it does’t look like! Happy Saturday Everyone! 🙂
