A Spotlight on the C*Fit Lower Body Lift Workout
So, if you are following the C*Fit 4-Week Summer Series, you know the big bad C*Fit Lower Body Lift workout. Why not focus on that strong and beautiful lower body?!
If you haven’t tried it yet, today is the day!
The workout requires 2 dumbbells and a knee extension/knee flexion machine. HOWEVER, if you don’t have a gym to go to, don’t sweat it (pun intended)! Just do everything else!
**Please be sure to ask a Certified Trainer to either show you the correct way to perform the exercises. If you do not have a Certified Trainer to speak with, please Google/YouTube the exercises in order to see them performed correctly. ** Remember, you are doing this workout at your own risk.
