Work it out Wednesday: BURPEE CHALLENGE


Happy Wednesday C*Fit peeps! Half way through the week and it’s sunny here in NYC…hoping it’s sunny wherever you are too!

Here is today’s WIOW Challenge!

AND, in this video, you can learn how to correctly do a BURPEE:
