Here it is. Your Wednesday Workout CHALLENGE!

To celebrate the 1st day of SUMMER, I am challenging you to an CORE PYRAMID:

  • 50 Crunches
  • 40 Bridges (lay down on your back, knees bent, feet on the floor, lift your hips up to the sky by squeezing your GLUTES, and return to starting position)
  • 30 second PLANK
  • 40 Bridges
  • 50 Crunches
